Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. After this time, returns will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on personalised or custom made items unless they are faulty.
If your Item arrives damaged – please contact us as early as possible with a photograph of the damaged item unused and in it's original packaging. We do not accept returns for items incorrectly put together.
To complete your return please email us with a photograph of the issue you have with your item and your order number so we can promptly assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you do need to return your item, we recommend a tracked service, this is to ensure you know your item has reached us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, sometimes this may take several days depending on whether it's a weekend or bank holiday etc.
